Community Guidelines

Haynote is for real music discovery, artist support, and fan connection. These guidelines apply to accounts, uploads, comments, reports, subscriptions, badges, cards, and any other activity on the platform.

Share only music you have the right to share

Upload tracks, artwork, images, samples, and metadata only when you own the rights or have permission from every required rights holder. Do not upload leaked albums, unreleased songs you do not control, copied artwork, pirated recordings, uncleared samples, or any other copyright-infringing material.

Respect artists and listeners

Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, target, dox, or abuse other people. Do not use comments, profiles, uploads, support tiers, payments, or reports to intimidate someone.

No adult content or sexual services

Haynote does not allow adult content or services, including nudity, pornography, explicit sexual acts, adult audio or video chat, sexual services, or content primarily intended for sexual gratification. This content cannot be uploaded, linked, promoted, or monetized.

No hate, extremism, or unlawful violence

Do not upload, promote, monetize, or celebrate violent extremism, terrorist content, credible threats, unlawful violence, or hate speech targeting people or groups based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other protected or immutable characteristic.

Do not manipulate the platform

Do not inflate listens, follows, badges, rankings, subscriptions, payouts, or card stats through bots, scripts, fake accounts, coordinated abuse, fraud, money laundering, personal money transmission, or peer-to-peer payment activity.

Keep uploaded content safe

Do not upload malware, deceptive files, illegal content, sexually exploitative content, or material that encourages real-world harm. Haynote may reject, remove, hide, or demonetize unsafe content.

Report problems in good faith

Use reporting and DMCA tools for real safety, rights, or abuse issues. False, abusive, or retaliatory reports may result in account restrictions.

Repeat violations can end account access

Haynote tracks valid takedowns, reports, moderation actions, and payment-risk signals. Repeat or severe violations may result in content removal, loss of monetization, payout restrictions, account suspension, or account termination.
